La Direzione generale per l’attività ispettiva del Ministero del Lavoro con la risposta ad Interpello n. 18/2015 specifica che “la disposizione sugli sgravi contributivi di cui all’art. 4 commi 3 e 5 D. Lgs. n. 151/2001 trovi applicazione anche nei confronti dei lavoratori assunti a tempo determinato, in sostituzione di personale in congedo di maternità/paternità, iscritti alla gestione previdenziale istituita presso l’INPGI, ferma restando la facoltà dell’Istituto di modularne il contenuto attraverso proprie delibere”.
