Con la Risposta ad Interpello n. 02/2016, il Ministero del Lavoro chiarisce che "non sia possibile fruire dello sgravio di cui all’art. 1, comma 118, L. n. 190/2014, laddove il rapporto di lavoro subordinato a tempo indeterminato non sia stato instaurato per libera scelta del datore di lavoro ma in conseguenza di un accertamento ispettivo".
