Ministero del Lavoro, individuati i settori con tasso di disparità di genere per gli anni 2013 e 2014 – DM 2 settembre 2013

Il Ministero del Lavoro ha reso disponibile sul proprio sito, nella sezione “normativa” i DM 2 settembre 2013 ancora in via di pubblicazione secondo le forme di rito, che individuano puntualmente, per gli anni 2013 e 2014,  i settori e le professioni caratterizzati da un tasso di disparità uomo-donna che supera almeno del 25% la disparità media uomo-donna, sulla base delle elaborazioni effettuate dall’ISTAT, ai fini dell'applicazione degli incentivi all'assunzione di cui all'articolo 4, commi 8-11, della legge 92/2012.
