Il Ministero del Lavoro, con la Risposta ad Interpello n. 33/2013, fornisce chiarimenti in ordine alla corretta individuazione dell’arco temporale di riferimento di non rilascio del DURC in presenza delle cause ostative indicate nella Tabella A di cui al D.M. 24 ottobre 2007 recante “le modalità di rilascio, i contenuti analitici del Documento Unico di Regolarità Contributiva".
