Pubblicato sulla G.U. n. 123 del 29 maggio 2014 il Decreto del Ministero del Lavoro del 14 febbraio 2014. Conseguentemente i datori di lavoro possono avviare la procedura per accedere allo sgravio contributivo sulle somme di produttività erogate l'anno scorso in base a contratti aziendali o territoriali.
