Dal 1 Gennaio 2017, in attuazione delle disposizioni del Jobs Act, vengono soppresse le Direzioni Generali dell’attività ispettiva e delle politiche attive, servizi al lavoro e formazione professionale, con trasmissione delle relative competenze rispettivamente all’Ispettorato Nazionale del Lavoro (INL) e all’Agenzia Nazionale delle Politiche Attive e del Lavoro (ANPAL).
