Ministero del Lavoro, chiarimenti sulla presentazione delle istanze CIGS – Nota n. 28-14948/2015

Con la Nota n. 28-14948/2015 del 21 dicembre, il Ministro del Lavoro, Giuliano Poletti, fornisce chiarimenti in merito alla Circolare n. 30/2015 del 9 novembre a proposito delle modalità di presentazione dell'istanza del trattamento di CIGS in particolare con riferimento alle domande presentate nel periodo transitorio conseguente all'entrata in vigore del D. Lgs. n. 148/2015.
