Il Ministero del Lavoro, con la Nota n.9099/2016, fornisce chiarimenti in materia di depenalizzazione per omesso versamento delle ritenute contributive, introdotta dal D. Lgs. n. 8/2016. In particolare la nota è rivolta al personale ispettivo, approfondendo le istruzioni operative volte ad assicurare la correttezza e l’uniformità alle nuove disposizioni delle attività di controllo sull’adempimento degli obblighi contributivi.
