Ministero del Lavoro, appalti: responsabilità solidale in materia contributiva – Interpello n. 29/2015

La Direzione Generale per l’Attività Ispettiva del Ministero del Lavoro, con la risposta ad Interpello n. 29/2015 del 15 dicembre specifica che, in materia di appalto, ai fini dell’applicabilità della responsabilità solidale in materia contributiva è necessario tenere conto del limite temporale dei due anni dalla cessazione dell’appalto previsto dall’art. 29, comma 2, del D. Lgs. n. 276/2003.
