INPS: VIGILANZA SULL’ASSOLVIMENTO DEL TICKET DI LICENZIAMENTO

L’INPS con Messaggio n. 3933/2018 informa di aver avviato le operazioni di verifica e controllo del corretto assolvimento dell’obbligo di pagamento del c.d. “Ticket Licenziamento”, ex art. 2, comma 31, della L. n. 92/2012.

L’operazione di verifica e controllo sarà effettuata attraverso la convocazione e/o emissione della diffida per le aziende che non hanno provveduto né alla corretta stesura della denuncia contributiva né al pertinente versamento del Ticket.
