Con la Circolare n. 52/2016 del 17 marzo, l'Inps conferma della riduzione contributiva prevista dall’articolo 29 del D. L. n. 244/1995 e successive modifiche e integrazioni per gli operai a tempo pieno del settore edile per l'anno 2015 e fornisce indicazioni operative per l’ammissione ed il godimento del regime agevolato.
