Inps, part-time agevolato per i dipendenti privati prossimi alla pensione – Circ. n. 90/2016

Con la Circolare n. 90/2016 del 26 maggio, l'Inps fornisce istruzioni operative per la fruizione dei benefici introdotti dall’art. 1, comma 284, della L. n. 208/2015, a favore dei lavoratori dipendenti a tempo pieno ed indeterminato del settore privato che maturano il diritto al trattamento pensionistico di vecchiaia entro il 31 dicembre 2018 e che concordano con il datore di lavoro la riduzione, in misura compresa fra il 40 e il 60 per cento, dell’orario del rapporto di lavoro.
