INPS: covid-19 – indicazioni operative e chiarimenti per i lavoratori aventi diritto alla tutela previdenziale della malattia

L’INPS ha emanato il messaggio n. 3653 del 9 ottobre 2020, tramite il quale fornisce indicazioni operative per i lavoratori aventi diritto alla tutela previdenziale della malattia e per la gestione delle certificazioni mediche relative alle tutele previste dall’articolo 26 del Decreto Legge n. 18 del 2020 c.d. Decreto “Cura Italia”, convertito, con modificazioni, dalla Legge n. 27/2020.
