Inps, ammortizzatori sociali in deroga nel D. Lgs. n. 148/2015 – Mess. n. 54/2016

Con il Messaggio n. 54/2016 dell’11 gennaio, l’Inps illustra la ripartizione secondo cui le Regioni e le Province autonome possono concedere i trattamenti di integrazione salariale e di mobilità, anche in deroga ai criteri di cui al D. I. n. 83473/2014 (artt. 2 e 3) nella misura del 5% delle risorse attribuite con il D. I. n. 90973/2015 per le finalità di cui all’art. 44, comma 6 del D. Lgs. 148/2015 secondo quanto previsto dal D. I. n. 40/0026591.
