E' disponibile la circolare INPS n. 75/2009, con cui l'ente specifica la disciplina, per l'anno in corso, relativa agli ammortizzatori sociali cd. "in deroga", previsti dall'art. 2, comma 36, della legge n. 203/2008, dall'art. 19 della legge n. 2/2009 e dall'art. 7-ter della legge n. 33/2009.
