Governo: pubblicato in G.U. il cd. Testo Unico dell’Apprendistato

E’ stato pubblicato, sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n.  236 del 10 ottobre 2011, il Decreto Legislativo 14 settembre 2011, n. 167, con il quale è stato riformato il contratto di apprendistato sulla base della delega contenuta nell'articolo 1, comma 30, della Legge n. 247 del 24 dicembre 2007  e nell’art. 46 della Legge n. 183/2010 (c.d. Collegato Lavoro). Il testo è stato emanato al termine di un iter procedimentale che ha visto coinvolte, a vario titolo, oltre alle Commissioni parlamentari a ciò deputate, le parti sociali e la conferenza Stato – Regioni.

Il provvedimento entrerà in vigore il 25 ottobre 2011.
