Il contratto commerciale di somministrazione di lavoro può essere stipulato, nelle ipotesi tassativamente previste dall’art. 20, comma, 3, del d. lgs. n. 276/03, senza apposizione di termine finale. Si tratta, come ampiamente noto, del cd. contratto di staff leasing.
