Con il documento allegato prosegue il commento al decreto legislativo di riforma del mercato del lavoro, adottato dal Governo a seguito della legge di delega 14 febbraio 2003, n. 14.

Oggetto di attenzione è ancora il Titolo III, “Somministrazione di lavoro, appalto di servizi, distacco”, nella parte riguardante le norme relative all’istituto della somministrazione a tempo indeterminato (artt. 20-23), ossia al cd. staff leasing.
