Il Ministero del lavoro, con il D.M. 30 settembre 2005 (all.), ha dato avvio ad una prima fase di sperimentazione delle prestazioni di lavoro accessorio, introdotto nel nostro ordinamento dagli art. 70 e ss. del d.lgs. n. 276/2003, e successive modifiche e integrazioni.
