Uno dei temi ricorrenti nel dibattito politico ed economico sui temi del lavoro è quello del riordino delle misure legislative di agevolazione delle assunzioni.

A tal fine, in effetti, il disegno di legge n. 848-bis/S aveva previsto una ampia delega al Governo ma, a pochi mesi ormai dalla conclusione della legislatura, ben difficilmente il suo iter di approvazione potrà essere completato.
