A seguito delle modifiche apportate dal d. lgs. n. 213/04 alla pur recente disciplina dell’orario di lavoro risultante dal d. lgs. n. 66/2003, si è posto il problema, particolarmente sentito dalle Agenzie per il Lavoro, dell’applicazione delle nuove norme sulla disciplina delle ferie alla fattispecie del lavoro temporaneo e, ora, del lavoro a tempo determinato in somministrazione.
