Il 3 settembre u.s., il Consiglio dei Ministri ha approvato in seconda lettura – ossia definitivamente – un decreto legislativo che modifica il d. lgs. 10 settembre 2003, n. 276. Si attende ora la promulgazione da parte del Presidente della Repubblica e la conseguente pubblicazione sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale.
