In risposta ai numerosi quesiti formulati sull’argomento in oggetto, ci sembra utile tornare (dopo i chiarimenti espressi con la nostra circolare n. 35/2001) sul tema in oggetto.

La materia, in effetti, richiede un approfondimento e una sistemazione, in quanto, con l’abrogazione degli articoli da 1 a 11 della legge n. 196/97, è venuta a cadere una parte della disciplina riguardante la fornitura di lavoro temporaneo di lavoratori iscritti nelle liste di mobilità.
