A seguito delle numerose richieste di approfondimento in merito alla possibilità, per le agenzie di somministrazione, di aprire nuovi uffici con modalità diverse da quelle previste dal DM 5 maggio 2004, l’associazione ha incontrato il Ministero del lavoro al fine di condividere una impostazione interpretativa che chiarisca alcuni degli aspetti rilevati.
