Il Ministero del Lavoro, con Circolare n. 9 dell’8 marzo 2005 ad integrazione della precedente nota congiunta del 24 febbraio 2005 inviatavi con nostra mail del 3 marzo u.s. (prot. 208/2005.MC), chiarisce che le nuove regole introdotte dal regolamento sull’immigrazione sono applicabili, al momento, soltanto in relazione a determinati casi.
