La legge 24 giugno 1997, n. 196 prevede, all’art. 3, comma 4, che il “periodo di assegnazione inizialmente stabilito può essere prorogato, con il consenso del lavoratore e per atto scritto, nei casi e per la durata previsti dalla contrattazione collettiva nazionale di categoria”.
