Sentenza con la quale la S.C. stabilisce che la fattispecie di illecita mediazione nella fornitura di manodopera punita dalla legge 29 aprile 1949, n. 264, e dalla legge 23 ottobre 1960, n. 1369, è stata solo parzialmente abrogata dalla fattispecie di esercizio abusivo dell’intermediazione di cui all’art. 18, comma 1, secondo e terzo periodo, del dlgs 276/2003. I fatti di somministrazione di lavoro da parte di soggetti privati non formalmente autorizzati, che erano già puniti secondo la legge precedente, restano punibili anche con la nuova legge.
