TAR LAZIO: DECONTRIBUZIONE SUD – CONFERMATA LA SOSPENSIONE DELL’APPLICABILITA’ DEL MESSAGGIO INPS ALLA TREDICESIMA MENSILITA’

Il TAR del Lazio, con Ordinanza n.01411/2021, ha confermato la sospesione parziale dell’efficacia dei messaggi Inps n. 72/2021 e n. 170/2021 e di tutti gli atti amministrativi collegati, in base ai quali la c.d. “Decontribuzione Sud“ poteva essere applicata limitatamente ai ratei maturati da ottobre 2020 a dicembre 2020 e non su tutto l’imponibile derivante dalla tredicesima mensilità e contestualmente ha rinviato la trattazione del merito del ricorso al 18 maggio 2021, data per la quale è stata fissata l’udienza pubblica di discussione.
