TAR LAZIO: DECONTRIBUZIONE SUD – APPLICABILITA’ SU TUTTO L’IMPONIBILE DERIVANTE DALLA TREDICESIMA MENSILITA’

Il TAR del Lazio, con Sentenza n. 1652 del 13 febbraio 2021, ha sospeso l’efficacia dei messaggi Inps n. 72/2021 e n. 170/2021 e di tutti gli atti amministrativi collegati, in base ai quali l’agevolazione contributiva c.d. “Decontribuzione Sud“ poteva essere applicata limitatamente ai tre ratei maturati nel periodo da ottobre 2020 a dicembre 2020 e non su tutto l’imponibile derivante dalla tredicesima mensilità.
