Ministero del Lavoro: tirocini formativi svolti presso lavoratori autonomi

Il Ministero del Lavoro con Interpello n. 4/2018, in risposta all’istanza di Interpello avanzata dalla Provincia Autonoma di Trento, fornisce chiarimenti in merito “all’applicazione della normativa sulla sicurezza sul lavoro nei casi di tirocini formativi presso lavoratori autonomi non inquadrabili come datori di lavoro”.
