Il Ministero del Lavoro, con la Risposta ad Interpello n. 29/2013, specifica che il contributo cd.”di licenziamento” per finanziare l'ASpI deve essere versato dal datore di lavoro anche nel caso in cui il rapporto venga interrotto a causa della comminazione di un licenziamento disciplinare.
