INTERPELLO ASSOLAVORO AL MINISTERO DEL LAVORO: LIMITE DEI 24 MESI IN SOMMINISTRAZIONE

Assolavoro ha presentato una Istanza di Interpello al Ministero del Lavoro volta a richiedere chiarimenti in merito alle modalità applicative del limite di durata di 24 mesi alla successione di contratti di lavoro a tempo determinato a scopo di somministrazione.

L’interpello si è reso necessario in conseguenza di alcuni passaggi poco chiari contenuti nella Circolare n.17 del 31 ottobre 2018 del Ministero del Lavoro.
