Inps, Jobs Act, prolungamento del congedo parentale per figli con disabilità gravi – Mess. 4805/2015

Con il Messaggio 4805/2015 pubblicato ieri, l’Inps ricorda che in seguito alle modifiche apportate dal D.Lgs. n. 80/2015 relativo alle misure per la conciliazione delle esigenze di cura, vita e di lavoro, il limite di fruibilità del congedo parentale per figli con disabilità in situazione di gravità è elevato da 8 a 12 anni. Vengono indicate, inoltre, le modalità di presentazione della domanda nel periodo transitorio.
