L’INPS, con Circolare n. 148/2019, fornisce istruzioni amministrative in materia di diritto alla fruizione dei cinque mesi di congedo di maternità e paternità esclusivamente dopo l’evento del parto, ex dell’art. 16, comma 1.1, del D.Lgs n. 151/2001.
