Garante Privacy: FAQ sul Registro delle attività di Trattamento

Il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali ha pubblicato su proprio sito le istruzioni per la tenuta del Registro delle attività di Trattamento (art. 30 del Regolamento (UE) n. 679/2016).

Il Registro delle attività di Trattamento è il documento che contiene “le principali informazioni relative alle operazioni di trattamento svolte dal titolare e, se nominato, dal responsabile del trattamento“.
