Pubblicato, sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 150 del 15 giugno 2020, il D.P.C.M. n. 51 del 22 aprile  2020, recante il regolamento in materia di anticipo del TFS/TFR (indennità di fine servizio e trattamento di fine rapporto), in attuazione dell’articolo 23, comma 7, del D.L.  28 gennaio 2019, n. 4, convertito, con modificazioni, dalla Legge 28 marzo 2019, n. 26.
